Venue

We’re hosting the forum at the Infinity Hotel & Conference Resort Munich, conveniently located near the airport.

A limited number of rooms are reserved at a discounted rate. We strongly recommend booking early as they are expected to sell out.

If the Infinity Hotel is fully booked, there is no need to worry. We have secured additional room contingents at nearby hotels. Details about these accommodation options, including booking information and preferential rates, will be provided to you after you complete your event registration.

Tickets can be purchased directly through the registration process using credit card, Apple Pay, or Klarna.

If you prefer to pay by invoice, this can also be arranged. Simply contact our event team at event@marketing.fioneer.com, and we will assist you with the invoicing and registration process.

The ticket includes full access to the two-day conference program, keynote sessions, break-out sessions, networking opportunities, catering during the event, and the evening networking reception.

Yes. A limited number of hotel rooms at the Infinity Hotel Munich have been reserved at preferred rates for event participants. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

No. Accommodation is not included in the ticket price and must be booked separately unless otherwise agreed individually.

The main conference language will be English. Selected sessions may also be held in German. To ensure an inclusive experience for all participants, translation options will be provided where required.

Yes. Attendees can book a Deutsche Bahn event ticket at special rates from any DB station in Germany to the event venue. Both fixed and fully flexible fares are available in 1st and 2nd class.

Yes. If you register five customer participants, you will receive one additional customer ticket free of charge. Please note that this offer applies to customer tickets only. Partners are not eligible and can participate through one of our sponsorship packages.
